• Authored the technical and R&D portions of the successful proposal that secured Nevada’s position as one of the seven FAA-designated Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) test sites in the U.S.

• Consulted for a company developing a thorium-fueled molten salt nuclear power reactor
• Wrote grant proposals for state and federal funding programs
